City Chicken Chased by Coop Mates Wanting to get Her Tasty Snake!

One of our city chickens, Lucy, who caught a fairly long garter snake in the backyard this evening. The Barred Rock hen can’t quite get the wriggling reptile under control before her coop mates notice she has a special treat. And the chase is on!
