Fondant Rose Cake

Tonight was my final class of course 3 where we learned how to work with fondant and make fondant roses. I worked hard on my roses last week, but boy it took a lot of work. I had fun trying them, but highly doubt I will take the time to make them again. I am so excited about working further with fondant though. It makes cake decorating even more fun.
